Anxiety Wrap XX-Small

The Anxiety Wrap uses a technique called “maintained pressure” to aid in calming your animal thereby allowing your dog to redirect their focus. When used with gentle training methods, the Anxiety Wrap can significantly reduce thunder phobia, barking, and other behaviors that would benefit from calming. Size: XX-Small (20.1″-22″ girth). Girth = length around the rib cage at its largest point. The Anxiety Wrap was created to fill an existing need, it’s a holistic approach and an alternative to traditional behavior modification for dog and cats. The Anxiety Wrap can ease your dog and cat’s anxieties. When used properly it has proven positive to increase balance, self-confidence, focus, preparation for and during training, animal to animal socialization, animal to human socialization, bonding, relaxation, and gait awareness. And there’s more…Anxiety Wrap can help to end dog and cat aggression, shyness, nervousness, releasing stress & tension, end jumping, stop destructive chewing, fear biting, car sickness, unnecessary barking, shyness, fear of loud noises, thunderstorm fear, sensitivity to touch, sensitive to sound, aloofness, emotional upset, hyperactivity, grooming issues and other anxieties. A brief explanation of how it works. The Anxiety Wrap is a wrap that applies slight pressure across a wide area of the body, stimulating the body’s receptors to aid in the transmission of different sensations to different parts of the brain. When the animal receives this new information, it’s awareness and focus can change, resulting in the animal “letting go” of the old sensation and modifying its behavior. A similar technique is used in children and adults with autism, providing a calming effect.

Instant Tranquility - NLP Hypnosis to Relax Deeply and Stop Anxiety & Panic Attacks

Posted by admin on Feb 27, 2009

http://www.easycalm.com

Instant Tranquility is a guided hypnotic session for deeply relaxing, which uses NLP techniques to lull the listener into a deep sense of calm, melting away stress and anxiety, and reducing the chances of experiencing panic attacks.

*May cause drowsiness. Do not use this session when you need to be alert or drive a car/operate machinery.

Instant Tranquility is just one of several free anxiety-busting bonuses available with the award winning EasyCalm Anxiety Video Series (see the link above for details about the series).

NOTE: the YouTube version is in mono, but the original takes advantage of wide stereo audio for a more emmersing, relaxing experience.

The series is designed specifically to stop panic attacks and anxiety, and promote greater feelings of acceptance, self-confidence and calm in everyday life.

You may notice that some of the language in this session sounds “weird.” But keep in mind that this session uses NLP techniques that speak directly to the unconscious mind — it doen’t matter at all how it is percieved consciously–you’ll still get results, no matter how high your current level of anxiety or frequency of panic attacks. It’s even a great stress buster to just relax and chill after a long or stressful day.

How can I make these anxiety attacks stop?

Posted by admin on Feb 27, 2009

I've never had panic/anxiety attacks before until this morning and so far I am on my third one today. My heart starts pounding so bad I feel like it is going to explode, I cant breathe, I cant think, I start crying I just dont know what to do!?! I am Effexor as it is for depression. I know alot has to do with the severe stress I am under, bills mounting, bill collectors calling left and right, possible divorce, my oldest daughter started kindergarten this week, I just dont know what to do anymore! How do I make this stop? I feel like I am going insane!

firth things first…calm down by doing something you like to do…next talk to your doctor…you may be on the wrong drug to treat your depression…go to a company that deals with dept management and have him/her create a custom payment plan to help you get out of dept

Why do I have feelings of anxiety and self-loathing but only during the middle of the night?

Posted by admin on Feb 27, 2009

I don't have these feelings at all during the day - in fact, I wake up feeling like my thoughts during the night were silly and out of proportion.

When people are advised to 'sleep on' a problem it helps, because while you are asleep you get the chance to sort out subconscious conflicts (which cause things like anxiety and self-loathing), and that's why you dream.

These conflicts are sorted by the time you wake up, so you realise how out of proportion they were. When you feel anxiety and self-loathing in the night, it's because your brain is still in the process of working through all of your worries.

How do I stop anxiety attacks?

Posted by admin on Feb 27, 2009

I am 12 years old, and I have been having anxiety attacks since I was 7 or 8. I go to a psychiatrist every couple of months, and sometimes a few times a month, but sometimes that doesn’t help. Do you have any way that I could take my mind off of what’s causing the anxiety, or just relax? Thanks for your help!

I know this sounds like a hard thing to do. But if you will focus on the things you can change and do not worry about what you cannot change your attacks will become less and less. Take baby steps doing this. It will help. Been there done that.

Any natural treatments for intense anxiety?

Posted by admin on Feb 27, 2009

I have always suffered from anxiety. I am having financial problems and emotional problems with my family. I'm to the point where I can't even function to attempt to resolve these issues. I don't have health insurance (or cash) to see a doctor or get medication. Do you know of any natural ways I can try to ease my anxiety enough to focus and function somewhat in my life? Thank you.
I have no one that I know that I can talk to about this either.
Single and live by myself.
Thank you, gianina.

I have had anexiety disorder for the past 15 years, and troughout those years I have pretty much tried any doctor, crazy medication etc.
What I would suggest now is "Panic Attacks Woorkboo", by DAvid Carbonell,Phd. The only way to beat this disorder is to help yourself. Forget about doctors and pills(harmful chemicals), even if you have insurance I wouldnt suggest you go to the.
Also try meditation, and excerise! Good luck!
