Simple Anxiety Treatments

I have a severe and some times out of control anxiety I have tried other means of treatment I take meds but they don't help at all. I feel like if I can't get this resolved soon I may have to stay in house and never come out if this in not resolved soon
some one please help me

if your meds aren't helping you, discuss this with your doctor & ask him to try another drug. There are plenty of possibilities & it soften takes several tries to find one that is right for you. Don't give up….If you are not in therapy, consider it–it could make a huge difference, especially in conjunction with a med change…
