So far up to 6 I …
So far up to 6 I like these. I’ve studied and practice meditation some for a while. I have bouts with axiety. Sometimes its EXTREME. I’ve had panic attacks in the past. I know the power of meditation to a degree but recently I’ve come across an “event” or thought that I can’t seem to conquer no matter what. It’s that something might happen to my little boy. It DRIVES me mad. No matter what I do. I have hope that this technique will help though.

Dear xkoshkax, did you watch the full series? make sure you are up above the future event looking down as an observer at least 15 minutes her out past the event and watching it turn out positively.
let me know how you do with that.

Mark, I think this …
Mark, I think this is a very interesting trick and I’ve been facing some difficulties but I truly want to master it. What happens if the fear that it won’t have a positive outcome comes back to you? Also, when you go 15 minutes into the future should you float above that event or imagine literally you being 15 minutes into the future? Also, should you imagine the stressful event as not stressful when you float above it?
